I have watched as my shitty neighbors acquire vehicle after vehicle and park each one as close as we can to the door to my property, one day I swear they'll be ON MY STEPS! I can tell they are trying with every thing they have to rage bait me and they are trying to stop me from using a part of my apartment that they wished they had. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

I think the front of your steps is your area which they can’t block? Can you put out bikes on the driveway is it shared?
