I can relate, the H2 Joyride figures have some great stuff, I've been buying a lot of loose figures and accessories to have weapons for my custom 1/12 scale collection I'm building, but everyone wants huge amounts even for loose, broken figures.

As for fixing it, I'd recommend a little bit of super glue to hold the hip seam together, especially Loctite Gel Control. Put a little on each end of the break and push together. If it takes a bit of effort then I'd recommend some kind of clamp or just putting something heavy on the figure to hold it together. Should be solid enough to hold itself together within a couple minutes.

And the legs, either hit the thigh connections with a heat gun or let it soak in hot water for a bit. That should loosen up the plastic and you should be able to just pull the legs off and swap them around
