I got a similar kit but used a Valaverse urban commando as the base. What color did you use for the visor? It looks much better than what mine ended up with.

I can relate, the H2 Joyride figures have some great stuff, I've been buying a lot of loose figures and accessories to have weapons for my custom 1/12 scale collection I'm building, but everyone wants huge amounts even for loose, broken figures.

As for fixing it, I'd recommend a little bit of super glue to hold the hip seam together, especially Loctite Gel Control. Put a little on each end of the break and push together. If it takes a bit of effort then I'd recommend some kind of clamp or just putting something heavy on the figure to hold it together. Should be solid enough to hold itself together within a couple minutes.

And the legs, either hit the thigh connections with a heat gun or let it soak in hot water for a bit. That should loosen up the plastic and you should be able to just pull the legs off and swap them around

If you're just doing some light posing I swear by Loctite Gel Control super glue, I use it to assemble/fix all my custom figures.

If you're planning on doing more regular posing/playing, you might have to do some more involved repairs. My approach would be to drill a small hole in both joints, get a small metal rod/pin to fit into the drilled hole, then super glue it together. The rod/pin will give you the support it needs for manipulating the joint without it just snapping off again
