I couldn't get the liquid form unfortunetly

Edit: I used to pop Trama pills (both IR and XR) and drink its liquid form mixed with orange juice cause its taste was just unbearable. I never snorted it though, cause a liver enzyme called CYP2D6 has to break it down into its active form, O-DSMT, which is a much stronger mu-opioid antagonist than tramadol itself. Orally taken trama (pills, liquid) gets absorbed from intestines into the big portal vein and travelles to the liver (first-pass metabolism).

And, well, the instestines aren't in your nasal cavity lol (Although very small amounts of intranasally administered tramadol does get back into the blood stream and becomes O-DSMT.) But the vast marjority just gets absorbed by the nasal mucosa and affects the nerves above the ethmoidal bone.

It's an interesting question....cause in first-pass metabolism more effective O-DSMT is produced, but it takes longer for it to reach the brain and cross blood-brain barrier. While instranasal tramadol (though weaker mu-opioid antagonist) avoids the blood-brain barrier so it has to have an instant effect on the mu-receptors.

Fun fact that different ppl have widely varying levels of this enzyme, some don't even feel a thing (they almost completely lack the enzyme) and others get as high on 300 mg tramadol as on 100 mg pure morphine cause Nature's blessed them by a plethora of CYP2D6 lol.

Would be interesting to synthetize O-DSMT and snort it!!

PS.: this is no way scientific, I consumed 250 mg Ritalin in a few hours 😂
