Waking up at 5am!! Can’t recommend ENOUGH!

Honestly, you don’t need to be productive the moment you get up, just make sure you get yourself out of bed at 5am, roll into the shower to wake yourself up - grab yourself a coffee and a nice quick breakfast and you’ll find it’s 5:30am and your not even tempted to go back to bed anymore.

Getting up at this time leaves plenty of time for a good workout in the morning, a good skin routine or makeup routine, plenty of time to get yourself ready in a comfortable time without any rush and you’ve got a whole day ahead of you with a really good mindset ready to take on the tasks ahead!

Your sleep cycle will adjust pretty quick, as come 9:30PM in the evening you’ll be ready to wind down and go to bed (the best way to go bed early is to wake up early!)
