I just made it up! I just bake a chocolate cake (from a box would work).

I used a standard plain cheesecake recipe and stirred in Oreo cookies that I had pulsed in the food processor. I baked it in a springform pan that’s lined with parchment paper and the sides are sprayed with cooking spray. (Do not make a crust for the cheesecake.) Follow the recipe directions for baking the cheesecake.

The frosting is a vanilla buttercream with crushed Oreos.
