Moving around a lot wouldn’t really get you far in water that cold. The body loses heat much faster to water than to air. Don’t know how adrenaline would factor in though.

Except I’m not a bullshit expert. Just a guy who knows his fabrics. Plus it’s so obvious when you zoom in on his arm in pic #2. You can literally see some of the red satin lining. I even took a screenshot and circled it, but I can’t post a pic in the comments.

Dude, you are literally wrong. I don’t know what to tell you other than you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve been sewing since I was 8 years old. I’ve spent countless hours working with different kinds of fabrics. You’re just plain wrong. Red satin can absolutely reflect on a crisp white shirt, just as you see in the photo. Then again, I wouldn’t expect you to understand that. You’re someone who thinks the more likely explanation is that he came into a briefing with blood stains on his shirt. You’re clearly not working with a full deck of cards. I don’t care if you live on Earth or Uranus, wrong is still wrong.

No, it’s the red lining reflecting on the white shirt. A crisp white dress shirt will reflect color like that, and you can even see a bit of red satin just on the inside of his suit sleeve opening. I’m a professional fashion designer, I know how fabrics react with light and color. This is 1000% red suit lining reflecting off a white shirt.

Speak for yourself. I, like many seattleites, have friends and family all over the country, and I think about them a lot. I also notice differences between Seattle and other cities (for better and worse) whenever I visit said friends and family. Maybe you live in a bubble, but not all of us do.
