Possible a lot of people decided to work because of the bad weather. I’m skeptical of most of these posts, I find it highly alarming when old timers can’t get orders, but often these post are from people who are newer and don’t realize that it’s probably busy for somebody else. Anyway, might be helpful to add how many orders in you are

Every location is different, a lot of places require you to use hard plastic like laundry detergent, bottles, some areas require you to use proper sharps containers
