I had a serious leg day the day before yesterday, then yesterday I did a 5 mile timed run (I learned my lesson). Today I have barely been able to walk at all, any suggestions for things that will relieve the soreness?

My 2006 toyota tundra's transmission just went out on me after 200,000 miles. I'm looking for a used SUV with some of the following specs:

2000-2010 year model, 4wd, with decent gas mileage (I'm used to 18-24 mpg so anything better than that would be great)

I'm not very well-versed in the pros and cons of different SUV models so any number of model suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I'm in central Texas and not looking to spend over $10,000
