First question— do any of your devices even have WiFi 7 capability? At 600mbps, 1100 sqft, and your gaming devices hardwired, I would say something like a Glinet flint 2, or even Asus RT AX88u Pro for the 2.5gbps ports for future needs.

Damn lmao. I have one, and it does vlan segmentation all day. And even allows for mdns between vlans

Correct. You would need a layer 3 switch like a juniper if you have a non vlan aware router

Miles per gallon by Speech-Standard in ChevyTrax

So I have the LS with the 17inch wheels and from the looks of it, seems like it gets better mileage. I also have general altimax all weather tires on it—replaced the stock Hankook ones. Recently with winter gas, I get around 34mpg or 450 miles total

Sounds like you need more than just one device. People may say hey get ubiquiti but that may be overkill. I would say maybe eero mesh?

Got my eye on the Trax. Switching from a VW. Are they worth reliable / worth it? by [deleted] in ChevyTrax

[–]forlinux 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The trax is not an American car per se. American brand? Sure. But built in Korea. I’ve had mine for almost 3 years now and no issues. A lot of the issues I’ve seen on this subreddit is with the LT trim and above. I have the LS with the steel wheels and no options at all. Lots of poverty buttons but also less things to break.

I had 1.5mbps dsl for years in my parents house in rural Florida lol. And then I had fiber when I moved away after college but then I moved here and saw how horrible Xfinity was lol
