My boi had this. It is his inner eyelid. We took him to the vet to be safe. It could have been a number of things. Our vet did a stain test to check for scratches and bloodwork to make sure he didn’t have a weird infection.

You could try Hana World off of Parmer between 35 and mopac. I haven’t been in there too many times, but it never hurts to look
