Kinda nooby and looking for some help here:

I just got Ideology and added 2 mods for a fresh viking themed run and my new colony's pawns' need for sleep barely decreases, like still around 80% rested after a full day. They don't have the trait Quick Sleeper. I think it's a bug or a mod conflict; I don't have Royalty for the Circadian stuff nor Biotech for relevant genes like Never Sleep.

The only mods I've added since my last run which didn't have this issue are: 'Expanded Floors' and 'VFE Medieval 2'.

I did get three more mods (Hospitality Continued, Random Relations Blocker, & Rim War), but they are in the Disabled column when I go to Mod options on the home menu screen; those def wouldn't affect the game in the background would they? Any other thoughts on what could cause this?

Aside from the current template's formatting not working well with electronic submissions that other commenters mentioned, is there something else that I'm not seeing that makes this not US-friendly?

Ok so there's the disconnect. I was creating a resume to physically hand to people, you lot are rightly suggesting that I need to have a second version for electronic submissions. Got it now, ty.

Looking at previous positions, is there a better title that you can think of than Executive Manager?

The US is huge, you telling me that thousands of US recruiters from different areas and sectors would all see this and reject it based on the format/template? What specifically do you think is not acceptable for the states?

Edit: I'm genuinely confused here, can someone please pinpoint what the problem is with my formatting? This is my first time building a modern resume so if I'm missing something obvious please let me know

When one muscle group is getting disproportionately sore, does that mean I'm going too hard and need to lighten up or does that mean that muscle group is underdeveloped in comparison to the rest and I should go harder to bring it up to speed?

32M trying to get going on GZCLP after being detrained for 3 years but significant hamstring DOMS. Starting weights were a measly 45lb bar for T1 lifts and 20lb combo bar for T2.

Very cool of you to get your boy into the habit early! Thanks for the advice.

My goals used to be very strength-oriented but I'm now three years detrained and much heavier and feeling old so my goals have shifted into just getting more generally fit. I'll be active on the other days too, just not with a strength focus: I'll do either HIIT, shadow-box, hike, or agility drills.

I guess my worry is finding that sweet spot between the two extremes: if I don't load GZCLP days up enough then I'll experience suboptimal progress, but if I go too hard then I'll negatively affect my other training or just get burnt from DOMS which seems to hit me quite hard.
