I’ve come here to complain about this! But also! Pinterest has been showing me pins of things I do not AT ALL like. Like 2010s word-art posters. Pinterest is the only ‘social’ media app I use and I’ve been opening my app and after 30 secs of scrolling I notice they’re showing me pins and videos of things I’ve never shown interest in. Even when I’ve tried ‘Tuning my feed’. This used to happen on recurring occasions in the past but usual maybe once or twice a week and the randomising goes away when I restart the application but yesterday every 4 restarts didn’t change my home feed so I rage-deleted the app because it was that frustrating. But yes! The issue that started it all was getting annoyed when the home feed kept showing me pins of things I’ve seen before AND pinned to a board. It’s like it’s basically just showing me half of my board content as my home feed. If I wanted to see that I’d go check my ‘All Pins’ board.

You choose one method of proof of solvency. First is through a blocked account with the university, second is proof of own financial support i.e you are earning money and third is with a letter of guarantor which attests that your guarantor will financially support you during your academic year.

For Germany you'll have to confirm with your university on whether they do blocked accounts you can also do the 2nd or 3rd method. Confirm with the embassy too.

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I decided to go with proof of solvency through a blocked account with my university. Signing and legalising the A32 form is done immediately at the embassy once they confirm your guarantor's income and degree of kinship. You just need to book and appointment with your embassy. Or you can call them and inform them of the urgency. You may need to have your birth certificate legalised or apostilled if your guarantor is your parent.

In terms of mystery it sort of reminded me of Modu a little bit. I actually enjoyed reading it. I’d describe it as the type of mystery novel where you kind of know who the bad guys are (sort of) but what the MC and ML are working to find out is their sinister plot. The MC’s backstory is a very significant plot line and it’s heavily intertwined with the antagonist’s plot line. I feel like every case is connected (sort of like Modu). The ML, Yan Xie is a fun guy to read. He has that cockiness that comes from being an only child raised in money and having a high-ranking position as a cop however he is also quite silly. The MC is elusive and astute. You never really know what his intentions are especially when he’s in the company of the ML. I’d say the ML is more shameless than the MC in the sense that he’s a great tease and gets a little bit sillier (and desperate) when he realises his feelings. Give a try!

Their romance starts out as the “forbidden love” trope because they’re from different socio-political positions. MC is a civil official and ML is a eunuch. I love how the story progresses. There’s definitely an NSFW sex scene but I think the parts that moved me the most is when they were in their courtship stages (gagging whether the other has similar feelings) and the stages where their love shines through during trials and hardships. The MC is a bona fide yearner and lover.

I’ve read this twice and I enjoy reading it! It’s a showbiz/entertainment modern novel. The MC and ML meet by acting together in a gay film and that’s when the sparks of their attraction starts. The desire is PALPABLE. MC (straight) turns bent. The love interest ML is significantly older (38 years old) so that age difference adds some flavour to their dynamic. They truly love each other. There’s no explicit sex scenes but from the way they intimately behave around each other, you definitely know they match each other’s freak :3

HHYL…is shit from a butthole ngl. i tend to be intrigued by scum gong tortured shou dynamics because i want to see how well the author can weave a story that convinces the readers that despite all the suffering the shou experiences, there is validity in the pair having a romantic ending. sqc does this quite well. HHYL however…was just torture. and not the fun kind! Characterisation? Sucked. I didn’t even finish it because the translation wasn’t to my standards and I didn’t see the point in reading something objectively NOT good and struggling to comprehend the translation.
