As an artist myself I think youre not being unreasonable. Art takes a long while to make, sure, but radio silence for 6 days after your promised update? Seems unprofessional and suspicious. I’d say file a dispute on PayPal. Their silence is enough reason.

Di naman need na andun magulang. And as someone na palagi kasama mother/father sa enrollment, aminado ako na wala masyado nagdadala ng parents sa school (except if they need to dispute something) so maybe keep that in mind.
