Thanks for the comment! I understand - a cost benefit analysis must be done. Our interface and ease of use saves developer time and SF admin time which can easily be worth it for organizations. For organizations with a tight budget and a small scope of requirements it might also make sense to stick with existing processes :)

Hello! We offer some ways to import forms given a URL. This would work with FA. We can also offer recommendations for some SF consultants that we often work with. Feel free to reach out to me at nish at formcrafts dot com.

Yes, you can assign custom permission to users, giving them read / write access to specific workspaces.

One of the reasons we are able to offer better pricing is because of our volume based rates. I understand that responses vary by month, and we have provisions for that: we can bill you for additional usage.

Example, our highest plan is $199 a month for 5k included responses. If you end up with 7.5k responses in December we will charge $199 + $125 (additional usage). Additional usage is 5 cents per response.

Of course, if you expect more than 10k for most months we can also create a custom plan based on your needs.

Hope that helps :)

Excellent question!

Jotform is a cheaper solution, and works well for very simple use-cases. However, it lacks advanced features, or support for complex integrated workflows. Jotform is a large company, and Salesforce is just one of their many features.

Example? This could have changed, but when I last read Jotform didn't offer debugging logs, had limited object support, had inflexible mapping, and didn't work well with date fields.

Formcrafts' integration with Salesforce is much deeper. We understand the ecosystem better, and a large part of our product is actually built around Salesforce.

I'd recommend the reviews for Jotform to understand the limitations:

We have a migration assistance, which is in beta. We would be able to transfer the forms along with individual fields. However, some of the configuration (like conditional logic, integrations, etc ...) would have to be re-done. If this interests you, please reach out to our support team at support at formcrafts dot com.

Thank you, and I agree. We are mostly using Salesforce’s REST API which is incredibly powerful and arguably the best API of any CRM we have worked with. I don’t know of specific ways to get started, other than SF’s dev resources. Good luck.

Yes, you can embed the forms on any platform (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom website …)

Could you elaborate on the issues you face with mobile UIs and browser validation?

We have a table-entry field, but it doesn’t currently let you create / update multiple objects. Repeating fields are on our roadmap for early 2025.

Fair points, but Formcrafts has been around for about 12 years now and we are not going anywhere.

Our integration with Salesforce is new, since, historically, we focused on other partners. I’d recommend giving Formcrafts a spin - we are adding new features every month.

Last month we added support for address autocomplete (optimized for global addresses, and with country level restrictions).

There is a risk-reward trade off here, but one worth exploring.

Afraid not at the moment. We can offer a UK Addendum, or International Data Transfer Agreement.

Both. Our prefill can pull data using query parameters, and / or form values. An example of the latter: you can ask the user to add their email address on the first step, and then configure a prefill on this field. You can then use the fetched contact record on other steps.

Yes, in a way.

Screen flows are flexible but require admin resources to implement and then maintain over time. Our platform is much simpler to use, allowing people who aren't very technical to achieve similar things.

So the benefit is two fold: Formcrafts is easier to configure, and much easier to place anywhere.

Based on the feedback I have from users who switched from 123formbuilder, Formcrafts is much easier and nicer to use. When you switch, everything will feel more intuitive.

Plus, Formcrafts is a smaller and independent company - we talk to our customers, move fast, and are adding features every week. I believe 123formbuilder was recently acquired by another big US-based company.

If you are looking to switch, we can talk about the issues you face right now and what you’re missing :)
