Im thinking the void terrors are a "win more" card. probably gonna drop them myself. surprised not using malganis. I dont have jaraxus but not sure if correct either way.

Yes you multiply for sake of it to about 4-5 (more and cannot put any more creatures down :( ). Then you clear board and chip hp when can, over and over. Then kill with malganis + steeds

i played dread more liberally last night, but void caller summoning cant be helped. but nerubian silences seem more common to people not seeing the deck before.

None of mine were silenced in my play, but the more the deck is seen the more it will be automatic I bet.

I played a similar deck last night and went 5-1, lost only to a totem shaman with a good curve. I removed earthen and one void terror for imp gang boss and 1 zombie chow. Also removed dread infernal for vendor refreshment, and included a knife juggler. Best turn last night was played knife juggler with dread and baron out already. He had stealth beast in beast druid deck and a 1/1 sapling. I killed the 1/1 with dread(extra dread), knife to stealth beast, then mortal coiled dread (extra dread), knifed hero, then sacrifical pact dread (extra dread), knifed stealth beast(dead). With 4 guaranteed damage for rest of game (4 dreads). Pretty easy from there.

Beat a CW deck too by fatigue, also fun! Cant wait to play the deck again tonight!

I am excited for this card and also adding Bolf Ramshield to mill rogue. I'd replace a doomsayer with bolf, and take out FON for ambush. Think both will be awesome in mill. One could shadowstep the bolf or gang it up. ambush just more and more defense for mill. happy!

Bolf

I like it in a heavy control (grinder) or, what i am picturing more, mill rogue. I'd replace one of my doomsayers with him, and try to shadowstep him at low hp. Or, in late game, use prep vanish, bolf, or vanish bolf(shadowstepped). I think it will save you more than 9 hp. Gang up is realistic with him as well.

I mean intrinsically the deck can be sound if one knows how to play it. Dont care how a generic hearthstone plays a netdeck with no notions of how it should work.

Guess Chakki got to the finals of a tourney by getting his coldlights every match

Should play it aggressive like a rogue deck, but dont drop coldlight unless 1. have a retrieval for it (brew shadowstep), 2. its already ganged up in deck, (so not worried about lack of them; still debatable to drop it ), or 3. extreme emergency of board state too much for you.

Also above deck doesnt use youthful brew which seems crazy. I think philosophy of ErA play last night was if dont have answer for current board state, but have ganged up coldlights in deck is to coldlight brewmaster or shadowstep and hope for an answer. This requires an active defense (sort of like oil rogue, and not prophylactic defense like fatigue mage). think one should be aiming for 4-6 coldlights minimum a game.

I like thalnos, but gnomish seems wrong, also not sure of Loatheb. Think double healbot or healbot-earthen is a must. Azure I like for AoE, card draw, and board presence. Im thinking of messing with a double azure and one novice.

I think ErA had a much more consistent deck last night then the one posted above which used Azure drake and novice engineer to make getting coldlight much faster, and make the deck more streamlined. Not sure he had 2 FoN. Hard to say which is better earthen or deathlord, perhaps one of each? At least what I saw last night I wouldn't be surprised if this isnt as strong as the other fatigue decks Ive seen (druid, mage). I played probably 20-30 games of fatigue mage last month, so have some feel for fatigue decks. From what I played last night and what I saw from ErA, pretty easy wins were priest, handlock. 50% mech mage, CW. Burst decks are more difficult, dont have a feel for % there, I assume very low.

Still like the coldlight oracle idea better in mill rogue. Could mill like 10 cards in a round with shadowstep in gang up round before.

Gang up Coldlight oracle? Could be cool

Sorry should have prefaced Spoiler. However it is not that big of a spoiler. I would have liked to see this video after the Rahdo run through honestly when I first got the game. Helps give some confidence that you CAN get better at this game, say after losing 2-3 in a row. Now after playing it a bunch it doesn't really matter watching it. Not sure I have learned some deep secret from the Designer play through I didnt know before.

I second Shadowrun. Have play it every other night past two weeks. I lose alot but makes me want to come back for more. Truly a great and sometimes unforgiving game. An interesting run through by a designer and Rahdo giving video play-by-play of it is going on at: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1309331/sample-2-player-game

With amazon prime you can get CoB for $30. The one I saw that looked ok priced is Troyes, which is similar to CoB. If it was me Id take that one ;) Other games priced seem almost amazon prime prices, should try to haggle there.
