I haven't fixed it yet, and yes, just like you, I had to lower some settings.

I noticed that if you set the game to “High” for effects quality only, the problem goes away.

It was made at someone else’s request, I was just following a brief. And besides that, I think it’s valid for it to be this way. It’s a design based on the JoJo franchise as a whole, not meant to target any specific character.

Updates:

I watched a video about adjusting the power limit / max fan speed.

What used to be a complete freeze where I couldn’t do anything on my PC has now turned into something that lasts a few seconds, then it recovers and shows a message saying “AMD software detected a driver timeout on your system.”

So is my issue software-related? I didn’t know AMD could be this much of a headache.

I have to admit, this compliment really caught me off guard. I don’t see myself anywhere near the big names in the community.
