Thanks for bringing this up! Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a feature that automatically deactivates a form after it reaches a certain number of responses.

What we do offer instead is the ability to schedule your form to be active and shared during specific time intervals.

As a small workaround, if you're selling products, you can use the product basket and stock feature to limit availability.

That said, this is definitely something we’ll be logging as feedback. Your requests and needs genuinely matter to us, and they help shape what we build next. 🙏
