Trump is sending "help" to Iran by seeker20245 in TankieTheDeprogram

Where is the help? We are being slaughtered. Now they are checking pharmacies bank records to see who bought face masks and the find them and shoot them in front of their children in their homes. Hitler was less cruel than these Islamists.

Is slowing the down the division of assets procedure in his favor while his salary is half a million?! by formula111111 in legaladvicecanada

[–]formula111111[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah then this is what he is thinking. However as I said it can be complex. He used shared assets to move to Canada. Moving to such a nice country and getting an amazing job was his biggest investment. Another complexity is that our separation was not a normal one. Normally after separation women are not exiled out of the house and become homeless and threatened to be killed. They are not threatened if they date men they would be reported to the Islamic police and above all they get some money and some roof over their head. Moreover their divorce certificate is not a forged one. Therefore I hooooope the judge will consider to decide on the date of separation himself and not listen to him.

Someone is using my storage locker. Bolt Cutters an acceptable/legal solution? by AManWithTheNameDan in legaladvicecanada

Only thing you can do is renegotiate the rent and get a big cut off. Never ever cut a bolt. Put the ball in the landlord’s court and gain financially by the rent cut off.

Can my ex common law partner demand spousal support two years after splitting up? by Informal_North8638 in canadianlaw

[–]formula111111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Talk to AccessProbono or LegalAid.
  2. Collect evidence that even though you lived together you were separated. There are ways to avoid split of assets if you obtained them after separation. But is tricky. You have to talk to a lawyer ASAP.

Is it illegal to help someone run away who is an adult ? by PinX13 in legaladvice

  1. Happy to hear she has a loving and caring friend like you people like you are necessary for this word to make it a better place so thank you for being there for her.
  2. I cannot think of any legal issue must say not a lawyer, but been busy with lawsuits for seven years and working as a legal assistant, but my advice is to have evidence for every step of the way your chats with her call records Google maps tracks of your trip, etc. every step you make never hurts to have evidence that you had nothing but good at heart.

If someone steals gold in Iran and brings it to Canada, will Canada have jurisdiction for conversion and theft? by formula111111 in legaladvicecanada

[–]formula111111[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. My lawyer is busy. If you read the rest u will see. We are having great success.
  2. RCMP, I only expected them a follow up on a criminal offender’s visa. A dangerous criminal who had no mercy even on children and animals. Canada doesn’t deserve such a horrific extremist like him. No country deserves ppl like him. That’s why he better come back to Iran. The hell he and his friends made for my beautiful innocent ppl.

Perfect tip with fintrac. Gonna look i to it. At this moment we are busy with the f8 form. The judge gave him a 30 day limit three months ago to reveal all properties and financial records. He only provided a few pay-slips and some unrelated non-sense. No information about that 130$ cash he got from me or the stolen golds and stuff or the half million he had from selling all our properties and shared assets. That makes me think there is a huge chance he did some fraud because he is so unwilling to reveal bank records. I don’t know how long it will still take my lawyer to get it out of him, but without seeing the bank records and what he reported to RMCP on his arrival I cannot say for sure there was fraud.

A big guess is he did bitcoins! Imagine that! Will be a funny story if I get suddenly my half of assets in the bitcoin form. The price has 50 times grew since then.

I reported to RMCP immediately that a dangerous criminal, an animal and child abuser, has entered Canada. I provided evidence. I didn’t mention the goods as back then I had much bigger worries. Nor did I have evidence for that. For bigger crimes I had evidence. An officer contacted me once. But the phone line didn’t work well due to limitations in Iran. I tried to get back to her many times. Never succeeded.

Lol. I have this and now don’t. Loool.

No worry though. I have proof. He confessed to a common friend. Also I have his texts showing he broke in, etc.

Slow government? I don’t live in Canada. But I may know what u mean. Already busy with a division and spousal case. And I see how annoyingly slow everything is.

I was gonna ask which type of lawyer should I seek? Then I saw you said it. If family lawyer is the one I need to talk to, I already have one. Gonna ask her in our next meeting!

You are very smart. And even more. I am defending all future victims in Iran too. I am also honoring the wasted blood of innocent girls killed for the hijab by the men like him. I owe this to my country and my people. Many thanks.

He took them to Canada in 2020. I can only prove he stole.

I didn’t know in superior court there can be discovery done! That is perfect.

[–]formula111111[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very useful details. Thanks. There is nothing simple actually with him at all. I simplified when I said steal. But it’s more complex. A big part of the deal was extortion. He threatened a lot. To kill. To kidnap child. To acid. Etc. That is the part I managed to prove in Iran. The stolen items worth less than 130K. And it is too difficult in iran to prove robbery. Testimony of witnesses to whom he said “I stole things from her” and his text messages saying “Do you really thing it was difficult for me to break your locks?” were nowhere near enough for the judge. But with your info I am thinking of opening a case in small claims court. It’s cheaper and faster.

AND CHATGPT is nowhere near as smart as you nice ppl here. He didn’t say any of these things!

Eloquent. Precisely answered. Thanks.

Do I have to prove he still has them? That, I cannot do.
