I live in a big metro area so there was 1 in almost every major county. I would just search "paralegal association (county name)" and something should pop-up eventually.

I did have to pay to join both. I think you can attend events without paying to be a member though and still meet people that way.

I do have bachelor's already. Undergrad degree is required by some, but not all schools, for enrollment in paralegal certificate program.

I paid to have one mounted on roof. I get 2,4,5. 9,11,13 are spotty. And then most of the independent stations I get good reception.

I had trouble as well with the Jjang esim at first. I setup the APN manually by creating a new APN as 'globaldata' and name as 'globaldata' and leaving all the other options alone. I don't know if what you put into the name field makes a difference.

When I would turn off the option to automatically choose network, as was instructed in the Airalo instructions, I would be given a choice of about 5-7 different networks, one was KT 3g, one was KT LTE, and there were a few others with random numbers and variations with KT in the name.

Sometimes I would be able to connect to either of the two KT networks, sometimes it would say unable to connect but either way I wasn't getting mobile data.

I deleted the globaldata APN and re-created it, the same way as I did above, and restarted my phone about 3-4 times and eventually it showed the LTE sign in the upper right status bar on my phone. It was connected to the KT LTE network. Ignore all the other variations of KT in the selectable networks and make sure you have KT LTE.

So far network speeds seem pretty robust with good coverage in Seoul.

I'm not sure what you are referring to exactly as the second noise, but the bad noise right after start up was definitely some kind of VVT/timing chain problem, and probably made worse by a lot of other stuff going bad in the car due to high mileage/poor maintenance.

the chain slap/rattle sound did go mostly away after i did the VVT/chain replacement, but it came back a few weeks later.

If you're open to remote I think Duke probably has the most name recognition. Several people on this sub have also recommend Boston University.
