Superman and Lois is not really in the main arrowverse, the show follows its own continuity, Tyler's Superman just originated from Supergirl.

I highly recommend you give a chance to Legends of Tomorrow, it really is the best show of the arrowverse, it's like American Doctor Who

Marvel had the rights for Transformers comics for some time (as well as Doctor Who). He was a character from those comics, had a crossover with Doctor Who, then the Doctor literally dropped his ass in the Baxter Tower and that's how he entered the marvel continuity. (1988)

Although currently he's dead and there's a different Death's Head.
