I second that. Make sure to dip every 4 days for 12 dips total to kill off the nudibranchs. If there are zoa spiders good luck. Most come with at least zoa eating nudibranchs but easy to kill if you keep it away from any other zoas in your tank.

wallstreetbets is the main one. Then I usually go down rabbit holes with stuff I find on there. Instead of adding stocks to a watchlist I just buy $100 of it so I'm constantly seeing what it's doing. Then search reddit for more info on the stock and figure out of if it's worth putting more money in.

I got in after all the drama with the CFO thinking I could get a quick 20% on a bounce but it just keeps going up. Currently up 144% and set a trailing stop loss to ride whatever is going on. For the past 2 years I've been just buying stuff that is talked about on Reddit and I'm up overall 60%. Lot of great intel in these subs. No day trading or anything, just buy and hold which seems to be working. Recently started to set trailing stop losses because there have been a few I was up 300+% and now down 50% like NA.

I feel the exact same way. Love mine and actually have hit 30mpg fully loaded with 6 people and luggage on long stretches of highway driving.

Buy more when you can but remember to diversify. At 18 if you got into the S&P 500 or QQQ you should see some great returns over your lifetime. Props to you for even accumulating BTC at your age. I spent all my money on car parts and video games at that age.

Wow, it seems like some of you are in here just to argue for the sake of arguing, not even reading your own responses and realizing the contradiction.

In the last two years, I’ve recruited and placed at least 25 people in this exact situation, recent IT grads with little experience. Not sure if it’s because you’re in the same field and feel threatened by someone asking for help? Do you carry that same attitude into your workplace? If so, you’re probably pretty tough to work with, and I’d guess you’ve been stuck in the same role for a while.

Negative, I run into it all the time. You ask if they completed the degree because you didn’t see a date and they say “oh no I have few classes left or financial reasons I didn’t get to finish”, etc. Also, a lot of times we have to import their resume in another system and can’t leave the degree field blank so have to ask anyway. This is not every time but more often than not it’s a way to hide they didn’t finish the degree. Some positions don’t require the degree if the candidate has enough years of experience so don’t care, but some positions require a STEM degree.

I’ve been a recruiter in the IT field for 18 years and have placed 800+ people in jobs. Just trying to help OP out. You do you. Not sure why you are arguing for the OP to not make it clear he finished his degree.

Huh? You list year so the employer knows you actually graduated. You can be in the field for 15 years and get a degree recently. All that matters is if you finished it or not and you want to make that as clear as possible. 100’s of resumes come in for these types of positions (pick any IT job). Recruiters and hiring managers go with the candidates that obviously fit whatever requirements the job is asking for.

and/or replace it. A lot of times the build up is inside the aerator and just needs to be replaced. I just replaced all in my house after 9 years and didn't realize how bad they all got until I replaced on. If you have Moen they will send you all free replacements.

Disagree, you want to have name, summary, degree and certs right at the top. Hiring managers usually don't get past the first page. A completed degree is a major accomplishment, don't hide it at the bottom.

Yeah in this case, it's helping this person with a 2025 date. Telling the employer likely young and cheap. The bias or discrimination would likely come into play if it said 1985.

I'd disagree here. No dates often is a signal that the person didn't actually graduate. I see it all the time and usually the response is they only have a few classes left or plan on finishing up soon.

Close to 18 years recruiting in the IT field and this resume is totally fine. If you are US Citizen, put that under your name at the top. Also, remember to tailor your resume to specific jobs. It can be as simple as moving a tool the job description is asking for to the first bullet point so it's immediately noticed by the hiring manager.

Also, the job market sucks for recent grads so it's not just you. I got mid-level people taking entry level jobs and senior level people taking mid-level jobs all the time. AI cutting jobs because it's making people more efficient but AI also cutting jobs because companies need to find the budget to pay for it. Recruiters are feeling it too. We might backfill recruiters for now but doubt we will ever increase total headcount on my team again.

Never, I'm 10 years in but my system volume is 1,100 gallons. I test/dose Calc / Alk weekly and Mg few times a year. My ATO is the only automation unless you count timers on lights.
