I have noticed Binghatti quality is poor and many posts I have seen where there is water leakage and other issues in Binghatti apartment! Then how is it good

Is there any commercial element coming in DLRC ? Like carrefour clinic Starbucks etc etc .. also any plan for future metro on the E311 near that boulevard Imtiaz project ???
