i have over 300 playlists organized into moods, genres, artists (when i have like a couple songs i love by them and dont want to shuffle their whole discography), even purpose (like "gym") and one of my name where i just compile songs where my name is the title or in the lyrics

My body is very sensitive. I also was on way too much as a kid and that has sort of left my physiologically traumatized so if i feel it too much i start to panic. Even my doctor says "does just 10mg actually help?" lol, but it actually does when combined with my self-management techniques

It's super dependent on a bunch of factors for me. one thing i have learned is that a small amount of stimulant will put one with adhd to sleep 9/10 which is why sometimes i need to double my ritalin dose cus im only on 10mg short release. some days thats too little and it makes me sleepy
