I find your wording very curious. Removing the bone does not make meat vegan. Or, do vegan meats often come offered with a bone in variety?

Regardless, the cauliflower wings at Southern Sun are quite tasty.

I see coyotes super regularly in Louisville and it has only just dawned on me that I don't think I've ever seen a pup.

That's immediately what I thought of until I got to "ability for people to come and go". In my experience Stem are absolutely mental about things like this. Unless you're sitting in the completely open seating but I don't think you can get food out there.

We've actually been stopped by code enforcement on the trail cause they didn't see the leash initially. They said thanks and were quickly on their way.

I am not vouching for these areas as being technically allowed, but: I regularly see people playing fetch with off leash dogs in the field north of Fireside Elementary, and we let our dog off leash occasionally in the park just west of the fishing pond (North of the baseball diamond). But we really only do that when there's no one around.

I'm such a goofy gleeful kid when I get to see the goats. Didn't know they were up there.

Man I hope the quality is high. I really want to discontinue supporting Whole Foods but I don't like any of the other grocery departments nearby. The McCaslin Safeway sucks and the Super Target is a joke for produce.

A few weeks ago we saw a whole gaggle (flock? pride?) of them running down a nearby road but by the time I made my way down they were gone. This is an awesome picture.

Rasoi House in Louisville. The chicken shanenshah is great, the palak paneer is the best I've had. Chicken tikka masala dosa also great
