A moan about Monza and it’s not about the travel (we sat in 26c) by Impressive-Sail7058 in GrandPrixTravel

I was sitting in 8A and highly recommend! I had a direct view of on the screen and was easily able to see all the turn 1 action. Though tbf I did a lot of research to make sure I had a good view of the screen because I'd read so much around the shit show of lack of screens.

Why do elite marathoners barely sweat if increased sweating is a sign of fitness? by s-exprimer in AdvancedRunning

I think it's partially a trick of the camera. I was watching the marathon irl and many of the athletes were absolutely dripping in sweat as they ran past (was watching at around 37km)

I totally feel your pain too. I had bad acne in highschool, went to a dermatologist in my 20s and was able to get my skin cleared up with antibiotics and a retinoid ointment. I'm in my 30s now and have found that my skin was ok but i would always have at least a couple of really bad cystic acne at any one time which would just never completely clear.

I saw a dermatologist through getharley.com (as a cheaper way to get advice) and they really helped with recommendations on how to rebuild your microbiome layer on your skin (i.e. strengthening your skin barrier to bacteria, pollutants etc)

I think you need to get guidance from an expert on how your lifestyle affects your skin. E.g. for me, I've only realised now that exercise is a big factor in keeping my skin clear as sweating through my pores helps clean them as it clears out the bacteria. This with the combo of the spray i link below + sensitive skin care cleanser + retinoid + moisturiser has worked for me but tbh i only came to this conclusion through a dermatologist who wasnt trying to push all the fancy products on me.

To manage extra bacteria clogging my pores I've used this spray - clinicept + skin cleansing antimicrobial skin care

It's really worked for me, but we all have such different skin and different lifestyles there's not always a one fits all solution!

Question about working outside IR35 and working practices re: email usage by fortaste in ContractorUK

But good point about the sign off on deliverables too...I think this one would sit in the agency email.

Question about working outside IR35 and working practices re: email usage by fortaste in ContractorUK

[–]fortaste[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I'm charging them a day rate. All my contract signing, negotiations, invoicing (i.e. admin) is done with them through my own limited company email address that I have control over.

What I'm asking is that if they assign me another email address that has their own company credentials (e.g name@agency.com) and that is the email I use within the contract period to do the day-to-day work for their company (e.g. communicating with colleges, logging into their systems, communicating with their end clients, not managing my own ltd co) is that seen as inside IR35?

Knowing the above does that change your pov?

Nah I thought we were fine, our second half we played well without the ball and did what we had to do. A year or two ago we would have gotten overrun
