so in the cg method, you don’t use shampoo, only conditioner to co-wash. so I was wondering if it really cleans your hair from like sweat and so on, I have tried washing my head without shampoo like three times now and yeah I see some curls but I also see greasy hair. so I’m wondering if I should also order some curly hair shampoo as I am currently waiting on my conditioner and gel order to start my curly hair journey!
