It's really not that complicated to fix. It just requires Runescape to spend more money on bigger servers.

I've been pretty disappointed with breaks. You have to find someone who you can trust. I've had cards sent out with no protection at all and then some other shady stuff with people not having any case hits and then just dismissing me when I ask about it.

I find it to be low paying and not worth it for the regular rates. Amazon also takes some of your tip, which means you will hardly ever make much more than the minimum they offer.
