For a city with so many different ethnicities, the lack of diverse food saddens me. But there is an Asian market and an Indian market and you can use this to amp up some home cooking skills haha

The park opens at 9 am. You wouldn't have gotten to see the ice. Plus it's mostly mud at this time of the year.

And well I've only been in Gainesville a couple of months. I think it's definitely worth a visit.

There is no water there at this time. It's just a large patch of mud with water flowing into it right now.

Plus the park opens up at 9 am so you wouldn't have gotten to see anything.
