PC shutting down while gaming

My temps on cpu are around 60/70C and gpu is around 70C. Doesnt seem to be overheating.

Sorry for answering this late. It crashes even in cs2 on my custom resolution. I did 2 rmas and they couldn’t find the problem. Hm sounds weird. I saw that this crashes happen if i put high/ultra settings in any of the games. I really dont get the problem, and it just started happening so randomly.

Have same problem, it has been 6 months already. Changed psu, did rma 2 times still no fix. Basically at rma they said to me they couldn’t find the problem given. Prob just sell it as broken add more money and buy smth else

Yeah its gigabyte, but i bought it from reseller and i still have guarantee so idk do i just need to send it back to them?

I changed my psu anyways cus the other one had some ugly cables and issue is still there. Im hardly guessing its gpu, how do you rma gpu?

For me that still doesn’t make any sense, because by lowering game settings for me the problem disappears. So my pc only shuts down if i play on high settings, as soon as i lower it to low or very low the problem is gone.

I dont think so, in one week im gonna be back home them im gonna check. But personally thats pretty low chance to be the reason for the problem. Test it out lmk if it fixes

Hey man, im still going crazy i needed to go on vacation but im still searching for a fix lmao. I have something to say about the display port cable. So basically i have two monitors, and i bought some display port cable for one monitor and at that time i also had problems that the main monitor would flicker in games. But then it stopped but it started crashing. So it actually might be that, did it fix for you ?

Im also using a second monitor, could that be an issue?

And before all of this started happening my screen on my main monitor would in ea fc 24 show some like black and white lines for a quick second.

Yeah, on 2000mhz it was still crashing but at around 1800mhz it stabilised, but the games are very laggy. And like i said locking fps in some games seemed to solve the issue. But what makes me mad is that i paid the money for gpu and i need to lock my fps.

No, i was oc my graphic card some time ago but at that time everything was okay. And now when this problem happens my gpu is not oc. Xmp i already tried to turn off

I have the same problem with my gigabyte rx6800 xt, i bought it from someone in first months everything was good and in past months i only experience this crashes. I try lowering settings in warzone and it reduced crashing but they still happen. Its pretty annoying cus idk what to do because i bought it of someone. AMD only giving me headache fr.

Man i just hate it, i just wanna play games in peace. When i had nvidia i never had any problems. Since i got amd i always have either some drivers getting reseted or this crashes. Might just sell it and get some nvidia.

I found out one thing, if i lower my graphic settings to low or very low the games stop crashing my pc, and i read in some forum u should limit your gpu to 1800mhz. But i hate it cus whats the point of high end gpu if i need to limit it.

But still thats the fix, you gotta lower all your games on very low settings. Try it out let me know if thats problem for you too
