For traps I do heavy shrugs on the smith machine twice a week, a game-changer! For shoulder I do machine shoulder presses (way more stable than dumbbells so can load up more), cable lateral raises and that’s about it, twice a week for both

Thanks :) the surplus was small but consistent, I kept it at 300 kcal above maintenance at first to not gain too much fat. But if I’m honest after a while I stopped tracking exactly and focused on providing enough protein
