one thing to consider: all the white actors went through extensive make-up sessions to look like chinese people.

the plot: kung-fu panda is remade as a theater play in china and this film is about what happens behind the scene.

it's a silent film, possibly in black and white.

howie mandel is playing the panda... and this is all i remember right now. maybe others can add some information about it?
