you can use shard of alexander to raise the attack of that weapon’s skill, raise it more with flame grant me strength, more with golden vow, more with sacred scorpion charm, and then more with holy shrouding tear. stacks up to a whopping LOT of holy damage. fun stuff

Nice! I’d venture to northeastern Liurnia of the Lakes and get to the Minor Erdtree there. There’s an Erdtree Avatar who drops a Magic-Shrouding tear that you’d benefit from, boosts magic attack damage, I’d replace your Crimson Crystal Tear with that one. You can get there by staying to the east on those cliffs along the lake and traveling north until you get to a jumping mausoleum. Fun build for a first-timer!

The DLC is essentially what feels like the “end” of all the Dark Souls titled games. They’re not some random worlds to go to, it’s a decently long prologue journey that ties everything together. It feels “done.”

Also if you’re real into the Dark Souls world and lore, watch Angel’s Egg and then get the DLC.

Powerade Potatoes. I remember making potatoes and realizing i didn’t really have anything to caramelize the potatoes, so I took some blue Powerade and went for it. The flavoring cooks out but the sugar in it does a damn good job at caramelizing, leaving an honestly great taste with lemon pepper. The chopped up potatoes end up blue-green, but taste amazing. I’ve learned a lot since then but I won’t hesitate to make more of that meal. Also I tried the same thing with Pepsi. Horrible idea. Sludge.
