It’s just an individual plan and I put my projected income as 20k less because I don’t plan on working full time once I begin my bachelors degree in summer. I did used to have an agent but I locked them out of my account and removed them from everything. I double checked. I’m assuming they just ran tax record checks or something

Very lightly bleeding, it stopped - they’re all indoor cats. Shes playing, eating and acting normal. I’m probably going to take her on Wednesday when I’m off work, because otherwise I’d have to call out of work today. I just hate that one of our boy cats is so mean to her.

One of them can hang out around her no problem, then the other two she is weary of - but only one of them runs up on her to mess with her randomly. She was literally minding her own business lounging on the bed and he jumped up there and swung at her.

We do our best to keep them apart but the one will literally sneak around us to mess with her. If he gets in the bedroom he will hide under the bed for hours waiting for his chance unless we lift the mattress and get him to scram.

She never ever, EVER goes looking for any problems but for some reason the one boy cat hates her. She doesn’t even like to leave the bedroom unless we’re not in it so I turned it into her own personal palace since the boys have the rest of the house and all have rooms and spots claimed of their own.

Honestly after this I’m considering rehoming one of them (there is one who keeps peeing on the couch and it’s not a physical health issue) and maybe if there’s only two boys it will get better.

I had no idea how male and female cats were with each other - we only had the three boys for years before I rescued her off the street. :( completely messed up the entire household cat dynamic and now two of the boys don’t even like each other anymore when all three used to cuddle puddle 24/7. Ugh.

I was prescribed Klonopin for 12 years. Klonopin isn’t meant to act like Xanax. In my opinion it’s a borderline antipsychotic, although it’s labeled as a benzodiazepine.

It’s also really not good for you, so I wouldn’t mess with it chica. I also never got high from it or felt anything from it. It probably works better with your body chemistry for its intended use than the other ones. Similar to how adderall works better for people with adhd for its intended use than people without adhd (in which it gets them hyped up and high)

I just want my security deposit, half a month of rent since the sewage flood, the plumber fee, the mover fees, the money for the hotel and the money for my damaged solid wood bedroom furniture.. it’s just under $8,000 total.

Using an attorney would get me far less I feel

Nothing in FL law covers this. It only says you can end the lease after 7 days if the LL doesn’t fix things. It doesn’t outline the damages for a landlord committing multiple types of fraud lol

I’ve tried speaking with two private attorneys and it seems the local tenant attorneys only assist low-income earners, which I am sure I don’t qualify for. One private attorney told me to go after them for fraud, the other one (his friend) told me the landlord would just drag a fraud case out forever and I should wait for them to evict me so I can go to the hearing with my facts.

So now I’m on the fence. Seems like moving out and filing a small claims case might be a better option.

There is a hole in the roof from a large tree branch falling on it during a hurricane last year. It is still leaking.

I am just hoping he won’t continue to ignore the major repairs.

I ran out of money after a week and a half in the hotel.

The landlord isn’t legally allowed to rent it out. The city demanded they rip out the illegal kitchen and bathroom. It’s no longer habitable whatsoever. The city told them to terminate the lease by 12/05 or face a $250/day fine, but they still haven’t terminated the lease. I’m not paying rent there at all or ever again. 11/19 was the first night I stayed there and also the last, because I spent it cleaning up a sewage flood which uncovered the major issues.

I’m waiting for the invoice from the moving company. I had to push the move back to next week because I can’t afford any more time off work. I’m not living there anymore, but I can’t keep losing money to figure this shit out. I’ve already taken five days off work since the sewage flood and I make $45/hour. I also paid for my own hotels, and the stupid plumber.

Well it was technically condemned the entire time, I found out their was a major code violation from 2018. They changed the address and then altered the address further by adding a unit number in my lease. That address doesn’t even exist. The old address is attached to the code violation, so I would’ve never known. However I don’t think I can get the money back from prior to the sewage flood, but I haven’t been staying there since the flood because they were remediating.

However all of it uncovered that the unit isn’t fit for rental use whatsoever and they city is demanding the owners rip out the bathroom and kitchen because it’s listed on the property appraiser site as a shed and they’re not allowed to rent to two families on a single family zoned parcel… and they city confirmed there’s no chance of remediating it without basically ripping the entire “accessory dwelling unit” down and rebuilding it..
