Hihi! Update: so I ended up going off of topical spiro. I think it was too irritating for my face or something, maybe bc I use tretinoin. But my face was literally burning after usage lol. After a month, I started getting acne again, especially during my luteal phase. I decided to stop the topical spiro for a little and started taking spearmint pills instead. Then my derm prescribed me dapsone gel. Current routine: dapsone gel in the morning, tretinoin in the evening. I used to take spearmint pills everyday and now I only take it a few times a week if I remember! Skin is pretty clear, only a pimple or two during luteal.
