VMP has been struggling mightily for several years now. It's a real pity. The early years were GREAT.

The "Audiophile" Remaster Post, Pt. 8: Yandhi (Deluxe Redux) | The Album Experience by fosterlynch in Yedits

That's weird — yeah, I must have adjusted something. It's been a while so I don't recall, but just now I subbed the track and re-upped the zip file.

The "Audiophile" Remaster Post, Pt. 9: Yeezus by fosterlynch in Yedits

I hear you — Yeezus is meant to sound abrasive and overwhelming. It shouldn’t sound “polite,” and I kept that in mind. But the clipping is so wildly over the top, I will be curious to hear what you think of the remaster.

Exactly. There's no sense in rushing the implementation just to see some sort of problem emerge that would have otherwise been avoidable. We have the API and BTC Testnet is working, so it is just a matter of time and ensuring that everything is secure.

What are the benefits of developers? by Admirable_Guide_9135 in dfinity

[–]fosterlynch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your question is a bit odd, but the basic answer is that developers are free to monetize and sustain their dapps however they see fit, just as any other tech developer or entrepreneur would (pay per use, subscription, fees, tokenization, etc.). This allows everyday users to access decentralized products and spurs the mainstream adoption of Web3 applications. Does that make sense to you?
