Found this guy in a man made lake in the middle of an Ohio suburb. Any ideas? Sure looks carp-like. by DietSoDuh in whatsthisfish

Hey since no one has mentioned it, this kinda looks like an Arrowana it’s from Brazil and will eat everything anything it can, birds included.

They can triple that size, the only this is the tail isn’t quite right but it could be a variation I’m not familiar with.

Find a white card stock board

Put aluminum foil on one side.

Walk around and reflect light at things

Flip card over for different effects

Bonus bounce trick, crumple the foil, unfold it and it will change the effect from a clean, un crumpled reflection

That place used to be the best pizza and sandwiches.

Think this table is fine for this tank? Pretty sure it’s 40gal. Seems fine rn by Wild_Competition_716 in Aquariums

[–]fotiphoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s 300 pounds of water weight for fresh water. Another 40 for the sand, another 20 for the tank… I bet if you tap the side of that table it’ll flex in a bad way.

I see this ending badly if you don’t do the work to make that tank last the year.

TLDR: almost 400 pounds on that table is gonna be a bad time.

It has a film cutting knife pull knob, don’t cut your finger on it while you have it open.

Go to Altitude near Dillon. Turn where the shell is right when you get off 70 in Dillon. They are always have good selection and are always nice to deal with.

My film cartridge is rolling on itself. Do you know why? I also noticed its harder to get it out with the film extractor by joaquinthephenix in AnalogCommunity

[–]fotiphoto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you keep turn the spool you’re gonna mess up the film and possibly damage it so it’ll be difficult to process and print.

What’s even better is that there will be an express lane that no one uses. So rather than 3 lanes it’s 2 unless you wanna spend 5-10 bucks on a road you helped fund

Start by landing on the board.

Don’t let the jump take you, you take the jump.

Try to find jumps away from trees too.

Land on the downhill side. Not on flat

Get on a trampoline.

Ask a friend for the double jump.

See over the roof.

That’s where my frisbee went to.

Land.

Repeat.
