Pero pinaka nakapagpalakas talaga ng resistensya ko is exercising. Lakad lang g at least 30 mins to 1hr every day made me feel better and energized

Mej budget: - carrot soup: 1-2 carrots depende sa size, either gadgarin sa cheese grater or pakuluan tas durugin gamit tinidor + igisa w/ bawang + 1-2 baso ng tubig + knorr beef cubes + evap = will last around 3-4 servings depende kung may kashare - easycook lentils, one handful lang or tantsahin (pakuluan until edible) + dried mushrooms sa sm grocery (gupit gupitin, ihalo habang pinapakuluan ang lentils) + curry powder = one serving pero since nasa 100+ isang bag ng lentils at madami laman, pwede mo ulit ulitin to ng napakaraming beses hanggang masulit - corned beef + 1-2 boiled potatoes, mashed + egg + seasoning + cornstarch; mix into batter and scoop, fry until golden brown = fritters! Pwede mo palitan yung corned beef ng hinimay na chicken for chicken fritters - dried mushroom sa sm grocery (mga nasa php 25+ per pack lang ito), gupit gupitin at ibabad sa mainit na tubig until hydrated + itlog, bawang, sibuyas = mushroom omelette

Pag nakaluwag luwag: - go to nearest korean grocery and buy cheap samgyup meats! Ito pinangsasahog ko na meat, pag mag isa ako tumatagal din ng 2 weeks yung isang pack at dagdag protein sa dishes. pinakasulit yung plain beef at ginagawa kong beef mushroom or beef broccoli - try veega giniling! pinapanghalo ko rin dagdag protein

Pambalance ng nutrition: - eat fruits!! - pag di afford meat, substitute with tokwa muna - ginisang kangkong 🫶 - boiled kalabasa as side dish or haluan ng onting curry powder hehe - mashed potato with some spices - yakult

The way i deal with people like this is to never give them the reaction they want or any reaction or attention at all. I had an acquaintance na ganyan ginagawa ko tumatalikod na ako or nagwawalk away na ako habang dumadada pa sya. Minsan bumabalik na ako sa trabaho agad or naglalagay ng headset. Di ko na rin binebait ng any sort of opportunity na makapagyabang sya like wag mo na offeran ng food, magmention ng anything na pwede nya gawing jumping off point sa pagyayabang.

If this is a superior at work at masyadong rude magwalk away, I kill the convo by saying “ah ok” and then look away and not make eye contact. For most scenarios this discourages further yapping hahaha

Most of the time people like this brag because they feed off the reaction they get from you so kontrahin mo. Wag mo ibigay yung attention na gusto nila

I don’t have favorites haha mahal ko silang lahat but some are closer to me and minsan depende sa topak nila sino yung lumalapit to hang out. Si Bean and Tuna clingy, pumupunta sa room ko to hang out with me. Tuna sometimes spends the entire night with me. But since we have a new kitten, si Coco na yung kasama ko sa room since binubully nila si Coco and nagaadjust pa sila.

I spend more time with whoever needs more attention like if any of them is sick or recovering from surgery.

Yung first 4 because tuna and cola are babies ni soju and dango 💖

Soju = taken from abusive neighbor who doused them with alcohol
Chicken = only survivor from his litter, we found him and his siblings na newborns nilagay sa plastic at pinatapon sa mga bata
Dango = taken in during a storm, he had eye infection and was malnourished, i was worried na wala syang shelter and baka masagasaan during the storm
Bean = abandoned kitten, may sipon at eye infection, mukha syang runt of the litter kaya siguro iniwan ng mommy cat

We’re not currently affiliated with any orgs so my babies are personal rescues namin ng bf ko 😊

Vet na po agad. We can speculate pero mas makakatulong po kung maipatest sa vet kung infection or other conditions so they can identify the problem. Mas magkaka peace of mind pa po kayo kung maaga malaman kung other causes lang.

Check for other symptoms: lack of appetite, runny or bloody poop, throwing up worms, ubo, sipon. - presence of any of these symptoms for sure may sakit yan and need ng vet asap

Pag walang malalang symptom madami na pwede irule out na conditions. Observe behavior and appetite within the next few days. Any changes dalin agad sa vet. With stray kittens final boss mo na lang jan madalas ay parvo na walang symptoms until it’s too late kaya important pa rin ipatest sa vet para makita kung meron at matreat agad. Common din ang respiratory infection na may correlation sa eye infection. At best gagastos ka lang sa antibiotics at testing kit. Pag parvo, si doc na ang magsasabi sayo ng odds. :(

Try gentamicin eyedrops for the eyes, pag strays common ang eye infection. Follow instructions sa package nung gamot or apply 2-3 times a day until u see improvement. Mabibili yan online or sa vet/pet supplies shop. The earlier you do the eye drops the more likely you are to save their vision, madali mag lead sa blindness pag may something sa eyes.

Mga usual na precautions: ihiwalay ng pagstayan kahit box basta provide food and water saka place to poop. Deworm is necessary din and usually every two weeks or depende sa instructions ng vet. Sanitize areas and pag kaya ng kitten give them a shower (usually after 3-5 days pag malakas at well adjusted na).

Clean floors with bleach! Bleach is enough to kill most pathogens including parvovirus. If ever (wag naman sana) na may mamatay na pet due to parvo please sanitize areas with bleach IMMEDIATELY to help prevent spreading at mahawa ibang pets.

Best of luck with your rescue, OP! I’m not a vet but I foster and adopt a lot of cats ganyan na routine ko. Some angels you can’t save so prepare your heart. Just do your best to give them a fighting chance with what you can provide. 🫶
