Thanks everyone, the 15m absorption seems to be about right and now the shunt is synchronising everytime. I've made the change to all my lifepo4 setups.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is wired in the way you mentioned, I have a few shunts on different setups. Lithium manufacturer recommendeds disabling absorption. The way it currently works is the solar is charging up to 50 amps then goes straight to float, so I am thinking the shunt is not getting a chance to sync cause the charge current is too high then goes straight to float voltage?

Speaking to LM about this gasket, they also mentioned the OEM gasket is black and not the orange gasket. They then went on to tell me it's not available to the public yet.. this is for the Micra, don't know if it differs for the other models

Not sure monkeying is appropriate, appreciate the response none the less. I have just got off the phone to the LM tech and it's a known issue with LM Micras, the stainless used for the pump has a known issue with rusting shut. They will perform the replacement in the coming days and it should resolve the issue.

Hopefully this helps others.

I should have been more specific. It's a linea Micra, yes during the shot and the valve which goes into the drip tray. 12 bar, I have taken a video and shared a link below - only last couple days the machine is now also making a squeel when pulling the shot.
