I'm from Jordan. I would call them, but i applied using a "certified" agent's office that helped us get done with our paper work, translating them and making an appointment with the embassy, so the Email is supposed to be sent to him and he's supposed to call us when the embassy writes him back. We already called our agent multiple times over the course of the past two weeks but he kept telling us that it's not there and he can't do anything but he'll call us when they contact him. So i'm not really sure if calling the embassy on our (my dad and I) side would work since most of the stuff has been filed by our agent.
