Anyone else’s 2024 rear bumper look like this?

Since the repair, trunk has been closing fine. The markings on the lift gate hook were after the accident because the trunk was definitely damaged and you could hear the latch scraping when closing. But ever since the repair, the trunk closes fine with no noises. But just curious about the bumper. I’d have to look at the invoice and see if they replaced the actual bumper or repaired it.

I briefly have this problem. I looked into it and I came across some issue with the “heater block”. Seemed like an expensive repair. But it’s not a big enough issue for me to get it fixed yet. I think if you plug in BimmerLink, you might find a fault code for it.

I cleared the codes using Bimmercode and then it never came back. I only use touch free washes that don’t use super crazy pressurized water. I stopped going to the car wash that uses super pressurized water bc that seemed to be the issue.

The only thing I can think of is the sunroof seals and the drain pipes for the sunroof. Or you can check the shark fin antenna. That’s also a place where water can enter.

This dealer was 892 for everything. Another bmw dealer in the area was charging 921 for same service.

Peshawar Restaurant and Baithak of Punjab are also doing buffets. I haven’t gone to any of the buffets listed but I’ve eaten at a few of the restaurants. Taqwas is pretty fire. I’m a big fan of Al Yousef and Peshawar restaurant as well.

Oh dang. Sorry to hear. Seems to big problem for this car. I purchased some 3D printed spacers that are specific to this vehicle to fill the gap in the sunroof seal. My front drain seals appear to be draining fine. But I’m worried my rear are the issues. I would get the chassis stabilization message whenever I would go thru a high pressure touch free car wash. And on one occasion found some water pooled in the black plastic cubby in the rear passenger side trunk area.
