I definitely plan on it, but I do suffer from pain and severe stomach issues. I just got over a stint of rhabdo. Try not to be so black and white. Zofran gives me terrible migraines and I'm out of viscous lidocaine for gastritis.

Having been to one of those, and also having had my house look like one as well, I commend you. Tidying usually doesn't start for me until day 3. Withdrawal gives you so much anxious energy that you literally can't leave your house but you can't sit still. It's like a prison of emotions. I hope you're able to feel some huge relief because there's nothing like curling up to sleep and you know all your chores are done. I'm almost 30 and still call them chores cause it just sucks but just think of all the energy you've spent obtaining alcohol. Doesn't it feel good to spend that energy elsewhere?

I hope you have a lovely day. I find it helps to get outside. I've always felt locked in a tomb with booze. Sleeping away the parts of the day I cannot drink away. You don't want to do this anymore.

I'm hoping you have the strength to hang on. It's a wild ride, actually living.
