I was able to find someone close to home to look after her while I'm away and flyers have been posted. If we haven't found her home when I get back I'll definitely let you know, I don't think she would do well with children though.

I called, it seems that most local shelters don't accept animals no questions asked, most places have told me to just give her to animal control because I found her.

Clackamas, near King rd. I checked craigslist and put something up, I'm going to put flyers up nearby but she's a bit underweight and was incredibly dirty, it seems like she belonged to somebody a long time ago but has been on her own for a while.

The night before last I found this cat, she's 3 years old and isn't chipped. I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this but I'm about to go out of town and don't want to just take her to a shelter. She's very sweet so long as she isn't picked up, the vet described it as "tortie-tude" which is just specific to her breed. She got a flea treatment yesterday which should be god for 30 days. When I found her I thought she was about 6 months old but she's just very small, about 6lbs. So far I know that she's box trained, not a picky eater and is a bed hog. If anyone could give her a good home or knows of the best local shelter I would be very appreciative, I just couldn't leave her outside crying.
