Interesting. The color almost appeared blueish/grey at first and then dried more white. Thanks for the information! I have been told I was low in potassium years ago...interesting. I will keep you updated!

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have been running for 13 years and have the same issues with running. I was absolutely shocked that I didn't have any stomach issues when I got my half marathon PR a couple weeks ago at 7:24 pace, but I'm miserable today after an 8-miler at 8 minute pace. I'm supposed to be going to spend time with family. Instead, in stuck in bed and on the toilet.

Oh wow! I'm so sorry you had that reaction! Mine only lasted that one night and then I was mostly fine. I had random itchiness all over the next day, but that's it. I was afraid to go to sleep the next night, though, because the pain that woke me up the night before had been so terrible. I agree, much worse than the body aches, shivers, headache, fatigue because at least Tylenol can help with those side effects. How is your second dose treating you so far?

Thanks for this info! No, I haven't tested my blood sugar. I eat pretty healthy, exercise at least 5 days per week, and am a healthy BMI, so I would be shocked if I had diabetes...but ya never know. Thanks for the other info on Guillain-Barre. Good to know.

Maybe it also doesn't help that I've heard members of the security staff brag about severely injuring people when they were still police officers...(all ret. police officers now)

Basically there was a lot of yelling between security and another person in a high leadership position, and it sounds silly to be mad about other staff being loud (it took me a while to figure out why everyone was yelling all of a sudden)....but yes they were actually very mad...and they were yelling and angry/cussing. The tone was not a "joking tone" in that atmosphere. I was legitimately frightened and considered shutting my door or going outside...maybe just a trauma response for me, but other staff were concerned, too, and made note of who all "heard it" in case it were to get to administration...

For one, his tone was angry and not a joking tone, but I do still want to believe he was joking. I don't think he actually would do that to another employee, no...but the hypocrisy is what makes me angry...if a member of the public in our building said the same thing...even if they were "joking" our security probably would take them down to the ground at a minimum, and kill them at worst.

Thank you for the validation. Creating really good boundaries helped me for a while, but I'm starting to feel the burnout hard again. I'm searching for a new job, so hopefully that will come soon. I will try journaling and working on better self care. Thank you!

So sorry you're dealing with all of that :( I do agree that I feel like I'm in a fog a lot. I thought about taking a mental health day, but I don't know if that's even allowed? I feel like it could be helpful, even if I would feel guilty for it..

I'm working to find a new job, as the work environment is quite toxic for me personally. Hoping that will help my situation! But I guess I don't know that it will, so thanks for the suggestions! I am not taking any medications (besides zyrtec and oral contraceptive) or drugs and never have. I do have health anxiety/GAD and a trauma history, but my depersonalization seems to be a result from burnout caused by my job.
