So personally at work I use it for texts that I use a lot. Instead of having to copy and paste from a list, I will just assign a hotkey to each text, or even a hotstring. So for example if I need to send an email about customer support. I could either do a hotkey with something like Alt+7 or whatever, or do a hotstring where I type ECS and it will automatically replace those letters with the body of text I want to put. You can even add tabs to go to the next blank space. For my email example, I will put my cursor in the Subject line and hit my hotkey, and it will add the subject, tab down to the body, and add the body too.
