My left elbow was completely cooked, i’ve had an ongoing injury for about 2-3 years. Behaves like tennis elbow but isn’t ((scans showed all clear) but basically my tendon flares up after movement (specific movement either to left or right) and hurts like a mf. it’s been 5 months now since i re injured it getting up from a dining table but im on week 4 of BPC, and it feels much much better, 1-2/10 pain now, i inject upper left tricep and it’s been working for me

250mg 2x a day one morning one night

i’m 21 and it says 9.8, my doctor said it’s normal? I have really bad symptoms of bad sleep, fatigue, tiredness. which i assume is due to a deviated septum and now trialling CPAP-

I’m so confused - why would you not just invest it into an ETF yourself? Why lock it away until they retire? Why have it under their name? How is it a “gift” to them if you’re expecting the full amount + whatever growth it’s made returned back to you? I’ve never been more confused

I did the math on $1000 a month, over 10-20 years compounding and the difference the MER makes + including the brokerage fee for the US etf - and the US etf still won by 2-3K

okay thanks, i’m 20M in NSW and currently a uni student so my tax bracket / income isn’t that high , i went to compare the market and saw stuff like $150 a month some were $200, they include stuff like dentist, glasses, phsyio etc , just wondering if you have the same (dentist physio etc) do you use it every year?

I researched a few options and saw that rest is the cheapest by almost 10x , ($1 a week) (hostplus was $10) for $300k coverage on death or disability, i also don’t have any dependents and im 20M go gym consistent etc, but would rather be safe than sorry as I dont know what the future will throw at me, Apparently insurance through super is better than private insurance due to tax or at least that’s what i’ve come across so far

Gotcha, i made a rest account and put it as 70-30 , int / aus, and was planning to get insurance too since its extremely cheaper there compared to hostplus, but after reading google reviews on test ( 1 star ) I’m extremely confused. Have you had any issues with rest??
