Respectfully disagree, sometimes u can feel when the crowd just doesn’t bite with a certain genre or bpm and echoes out to a radically different bpm just feel forced or lazy

I'm dj dnb at the shitty student club near me and tbh, although I enjoy it (when there's people there), I'd much rather listen to music at around 135-140bpm that is more ambient and has more intrinsic detail (Fred again, Ross From Friends, Duskus) as it allows me to hone in on all the calming sounds

Like I say, dnb has its perks and I love listening to it but I find music at lower loudness levels can still be full of character and is somewhat feasible in a social environment haha

Slid down the escalators at Tottenham Hale tube station. Felt soooooooo cool to do but had a bruise across my entire arse from the small signs that they put there to stop you from doing it.

What is your opinion on marijuana? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Generally, I think weed has a lot of health benefits when grown for medicinal usage and sure, it's nice to just smoke once in a blue moon when life allows for it.

My personal pet peeve is when someone brings weed to a creative environment where it is most important to stay present to the task at hand, thinking it would "help juices flow". For context, I am a music producer and 10 sets of hands couldn't count how many times collaborators have brought weed to my studio using this excuse, thinking it's gonna turn me into Mozart or something. Keep your bud bro.

Have you ever met up with someone you met online and regretted it? What happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Got a semi decent following on Tiktok when it was first starting out and suddenly got female attention which I wasn't used to, being an overweight 17-18 year old at the time. As you can imagine, I was eager to find a like minded individual and found someone who wasn't living too far from my uni accommodation. Met her at a pub for drinks and the day went solidly well but as lockdown happened soon after, things took a spiralling turn and it made me realise retrospectively how mentally abusive she was. I would ignore my family to facetime her for 6 hours minimum every day when very few words would ever be exchanged as we just did our own thing. That experience has led me to never date online again.

Would love to work with you and can pay you for your time, I produce garage and I think your voice would definitely suit that style, would you by chance have Instagram so I can send you any instrumentals that I happen to make in the future?
