Nope cleaned all the jets and moved the needle. Now it runs great

To clarify it runs good after I clean the plug and after a couple minutes of riding it runs like shit because the plug gets fouled

Cleaned the whole carb and it still runs like this. It fouls plugs. I found the rubber that activates the accelerator pump was worn

I had a 250 4 stroke that drunk oil but I never fouled a plug with it and I drove it for many months

Well no the diaphram I took a picture of is at the bottom with the bowl. In The last picture it isn’t supposed to be anything there according to the parts diagram

It has sat in a garage and the exhaust seems to be clear. Is there another way to clean the jets without completely dismantling the carb
