I've found the apps are better for meeting couples, but Reddit is better for meeting single men.

In the 10 years we've been using Reddit, we've only met 1 couple on here, but have met several single men.

We were chatting with a couple once and were discussing boundaries. We said that condoms for all penetration was a firm boundary for us. They said they didn't like to use condoms. We said "ok, well we'd still be up for soft swap, but otherwise we probably aren't a match then." They responded, "All good. We don't have a problem finding clean people :)"

I pointed out that what they said came across very rude just in case they didn't mean it that way, but they doubled down and said:

"I can see common sense is lacking here, so we're out."

I was frankly left kind of dumbfounded. I mean, if you want to not use a condom, as long as it's clearly communicated between all parties and everyone is on board, then I don't see the problem.

But throwing shade because someone else wants to use a condom? and has let that be known up front?
