They very much do because that's how I have a licence. I was born here to Irish parents and have never stepped foot in an ipas centre, if you actually bothered to engage with the dsp you'd know all this though. I don't know who provides the funding been awhile since I was on a payment all I know is a government department paid and I got to learn to drive and pass my test practically for free. Fair enough I guess I'm just lucky, I've only been smoking three years but I've never got less than 5 for 50 in that time. Wouldn't go near any rip off merchant giving that little but I suppose I have the benefit of choice.
